Our partners
The clinical standards we uphold, the therapeutic specialists we work with, and the technology that powers a seamless patient experience.
How we work
Clinical standards
Every assessment, every report, every clinical interaction at NeuroAxis is governed by the same standards.
NICE NG87
Every assessment follows National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidelines for ADHD diagnosis in adults and children.
QbCheck UKCA
UKCA-marked objective ADHD testing included as standard in every assessment — not an optional extra.
NMC Registration
All NeuroAxis clinicians are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and hold specialist prescribing qualifications.
DBS Checked
Every clinician and partner working with children or vulnerable adults is fully DBS checked.
DSM-5 Diagnostic Criteria
Diagnoses are recorded against internationally recognised DSM-5 criteria accepted by GPs, employers and the DWP.
CQC Standards
NeuroAxis operates to Care Quality Commission standards across all clinical processes. CQC registration is underway.
Therapeutic support
Therapeutic partners
Following an ADHD diagnosis, many patients benefit from therapeutic support alongside medication. We work with accredited specialists who understand neurodiversity.

Therapeutic Partner
Lauren Davidson
Expert CBT Therapist
PgDip CBT · MSc · BSc (Hons) · BABCP Accredited
“Hi there, I'm Lauren and my biggest reason for doing what I do, is to empower others to believe in their own capabilities and worth. I aim to develop a professional friendship with those that I work with by offering a non-judgemental, cosy and discrete environment. I've built up my expertise through ten years of experience in the mental health sector working with adults, children and young people and those with neurodiversity. I have a specialism in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which is an evidence based therapy that focuses on thoughts, behaviours, feelings and beliefs. My aim is to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your symptoms and to collaboratively develop a tailored and personalised therapy plan to cover your specific needs and wants. The aim of CBT is to supply you with a "tool kit" that you will be able to refer to and use throughout the rest of your life. ADHD isn't something that can be cured, and I hope to support you to accept yourself for who you are, but also provide you with techniques to make life that little bit easier to navigate.”
